Registration Fee £500 (deductible from Success Fee)
Success Fee
Up to £400,000 there is a success fee of 1.5%
On sales up to £1,500,000 the success fee is 1.25%
On sales over £1,500,000 the success fee is 1.15%
OR*
15% of the negotiated saving between the asking price and purchase price.
We have a minimum fee of £4500 on sales searches.
*whichever is greater
RENTALS SEARCH
Registration Fee £500 (deductible from Success Fee)
Success Fee One Months Rental
We have a minimum fee of £2,000 on rental searches.
All fees are subject to 17.5% VAT.
