Quest Property Finders

FAQ

Why should I use a property finder?

We are here to save you the time and stress that go into finding a property. No more phone calls, emails and post from estate agents, no more viewing properties that aren’t what you require, no more frustration at missing the latest property on the market.
We deal with all the above and act as a filter between the agent and yourself, so you only see the suitable properties at a time that works for you. We also have the experience and knowledge to ensure your best interests are looked after throughtout the process and that you get your property at the best possible price.

What is your relation to estate agents?

We have no links to any estate agents, though at the same time our relationships with them are essential to finding you a property. Many of our successfull searches have happened because we saw a property before it came to the market. Estate agents are aware we are retained and know that our buyers and renters are serious about finding.

What if you do not find the property I want?

If at any time during the search process you wish to end the search or we do not find you a property in the alloted time then you are free to walk away. However, should you buy or rent any properties viewed or brought to your attention through us within 6 months after the search ends, the success fee is due. The registration fee is non-refundable.

It seems that you work only on top end properties?

We often deal at the upper end of the market, though we have clients at all levels. For sales, we take on clients from £300,000 and for Rentals £2000/month. We also have other options for clients laid out in our fees section.

Where do you operate?

We are based in London and undertake searches all over the capital as well as the outskirts. We also have an office in Paris where we regularly meet with clients looking to move to London.

How long will it take to find a property?

This totally depends on how specific your requirements are, though we will be able to give you an approximate timescale when we have an accurate brief. Once we take on a client we generally assess the progress after a month and suggest potential alterations to the brief if necessary. A regular sales search should be completed within 3 months though it could take dramatically less time. On the rentals side, it’s a much quicker process due to speed at which the market moves and we are able to find as quickly or slowly as our clients need.
