James Townsend - Director 
Previous to Quest Property Finders, James was an estate agent based in West London for a number of years. He felt that his knowledge and experience would better benefit buyers and renters and protect them from the many pitfalls in acquiring a property.
He subsequently formed Capital West Property Finders in 2004 and succeeded over the next two years in the transition from estate agent to Property Finder.
James’ in-depth knowledge and experience of the London property market is essential. Knowledge of how it works from the brief to the negotiations are invaluable and knowing how the estate agents work is vital.
Experience in both property finding and estate agency give him an ideal perspective for potential clients.
Barbara Lesimple - Director 
Barbara started her career at the communications department of United Nations agency IFAD in Rome. She then worked in the corporate communication of Alcatel in Paris before moving to Heaven, an Internet focused consulting firm.
In 2007, she is one of the founding partners of Quest Property Finders. Barbara graduated in political sciences and communications from Institut d'Etudes Politiques Lille and Universität Muenster and is French-German national.
François Garcin - Director 
Francois is a private equity professional and manages various investments through Fidequity and its affiliates, a diversified financial services group and family office holding for a limited number of entrepreneurs and investors. He is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris. With Quest Property Finders, Francois focuses his efforts on business development, strategic planning and establishing partnerships.
